I have them everywhere but there and probably wont get just a single tattoo there as I'm working on a full back piece that will extend down a little past my tail bone on each side. Next one will be on my back, but not that low. I don't really see there being a good spot for anything unless you had a really big piece that just went down to that area. Next tattoo will be in the middle of my back, calf, then my hips or upper arms. I'm putting mine in easily hid places, I don't like that area for tattoos.
