    Trashy tramp stamps!!!

  2. John B Says:

    LMAO…U want a tramp stamp

  3. alonzo_rt Says:

They look hottt!!! dont know if they hurt cuz i dont have one, but a girl with a lower back tat, that just sticks out a little, when theyre wearing a short t-shirt is nice!

  4. Sweet Says:

There is a reason they call it a tramp stamp. It attracts the wrong kind of folks. If that butterfly means something to you, put it somewhere else. The closer it is to your spine, the more it will hurt and that’s a pretty sensitive area to start with.

  5. diggerrr Says:

    ummmmm….
i dont think thats a good idea. personally i think it looks a little trashy and many people call it a tramp stamp. i wouldn’t get it if i were you.

  6. bradie.s. Says:

One question. Do you plan on having children? Because if so, having a lower back tattoo makes it impossible to give you the drug which would help you get through your pregnancy. Just in case you didn’t know! Have a good day!

  7. Holly Says:

I’ve never gotten one and don’t intend on it. if you get it it’ll never come off. you’ll get bored of it eventually. take my advice and don’t get one.

  8. baby boo Says:

i like them and think they look really pretty. i would not have one myself cos of my phobia of pain!!!!!

  9. burnt_crawfish Says:

i thought a tramp stamp was a wrist tat and the one on the back was a stripper tat? hrm. well i have nine tats but none on the lower middle back. i have a huge one on my upper back though and the pain was orgasmic.

  10. ☆βubble★ Says:

A LOT of people have them just be aware they are called tramp stamps. Anyways, it is a REALLY painful spot ~ one of the most painful actually. Good luck!

  11. JJ Says:

it’s called a tramp stamp for a reason

  12. bossy kb Says:

Lower back tatoos are hot! But I don’t have one my sister said it only hurt in certain places when she got hers only when the needle went of the spinal cord and other sensitive nerve areas

  13. izzy.dawizzy Says:

thats what you call a tramp stamp
    ……..bit more original please!!!

  14. Jaime Says:

Not so much of a fan because it’s barely ever seen unless you wear short trashy tops which are going outta fashion anyway. Unless your tattoo is not for fashion purposes and really has a deeper symbolic meaning behind it, I’d so rather recommend somewhere more visible like shoulder, back, arm, calf, wrist.

  15. Nishkebab Says:

obviosly they hurt when u r geting one , they draw it with a needle! if you think that’s not gonna hurt NO OFFENSE! but r u made of rubber or someting?

  16. jEaNiNe pAiGe ♥ Says:

I don’t know… It all depends on how you wear it. Most people consider them to be ‘tramp stamps’ because in order for it to be seen, you must wear clothes that are labeled as being ‘trampy’. Even in swimsuits, I still think they are a little on the down side. If you like it, though, go for it. But if you work someplace, be sure not to tell people about it or show it off.

  17. tinytooda303 Says:

totally trashy and completely stupid to get a tatoo especially down there dont get oone and duh of course it will hurt they use a freakin’ needle!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ps:u have issuse

  18. La Mexicana... ;) Says:

all permanent tatoos hurt, sorry :(
it also depends on the size.

I have never gotten one, but i have heard from friends that its like a burn… But nothing that you cant resist.

    Good luck :)

    EDIT:
the closer the tatoo is to you bone, the more it will hurt. For example, if the tatoo is done on your thighs, for example, it will hurt less than if its done on the back of your neck.

Just thought id tell you that :)

  19. jr91403 Says:

I’m not a fan of tattoos but here is something to think about if you are young and female and want to have children later in life. If the tattoo is across your lower spine, you may not be able to have an epidural when you give birth. You may have to go through natural child birth weather you like it or not. Just something to think about.

  20. j.ashley95 Says:

DONT LISTEN TO ALL THOSE BAD COMMENTS! some people think there trashy and other people think there cute but a butterfly yea thats cute and idk if they hurt or not cos im only 14=)

  21. dchoudhtry Says:

When you have a tattoo, always think, what will it look like when im 60. It will always hurt when you get a tattoo. Their is a needle ripping at your skin and ink being placed inside, Back isnt too bad for pain, worst place ive found is ribs. I got one on each rib, one in between my shoulderblades one on lower back and one on my foot, the back was the Most comfortable!

  22. 2thePointe Says:

I have one – a little frog. Back in 98 before they turned into a tramp stamp location. It hurt a little – stinging like a cat scratch or something like that. Nothing unbearable.

I like mine because I can see it if I want to, but it’s not something I have to look at everyday and get bored/annoyed with.

btw – I had a child, and an epidural with no problems because of my tattoo. Where do people come up with this stuff?

Good Luck! A butterfly sounds very feminine and pretty.

  23. Johnny_Dangerously Says:

    You want a Tramp stamp???

Look, guys see these and instantly know they are going to score with the s lut that has one. If you want to advertise that you are easy, go right ahead and get one.

I realize not every girl that gets a tramp stamp is actually a girl of loose morals, but that is what you are advertising yourself to be. They don’t call them tramp stamps because Nuns have them. They call it that because they are found on tramps.

If you must get a tattoo, get a small one on your hip where the only people will see it are the ones you are intimate with. Personally I will not date a girl with a tattoo. I may do the pump and dump but nothing more. Every guy I know feels the same way.

If you don’t believe me, get a temp tramp stamp and watch how differently you are treated. Make sure you show it all around though. You will find guys hitting on you just to pump and dump you.

  24. Papa MaC Says:

Most guys don’t like tattoos on women so don’t get one unless you are getting something you know you will want forever. Your grand-kids won’t think grandma is cool because she has a withering butterfly over her aging derriere. Most people see lower back tattoos on women like they see tribal tattoos on white men, played out and meaningless. If you are trying to rebel against your uptight parents, there are better ways.

  25. growly_monkey Says:

of course it’ll hurt it’s a bloody tattoo!
you obviously don’t do your research and find out how sickeningly common a butterfly tattoo is; I’m getting a monarch butterfly an my shoulder blade because it represents my cousin who DIED in afghanistan!! it has a meaning!!
if you want it, go ahead, but it’ll hurt and people will definitely treat you differently.

  26. marina_smiley@sbcglobal.net Says:

Tramp Stamps, they don’t hurt, it stings but it doesnt hurt.

  27. blond.chickxo Says:

i think they are pretty, i know lots who got them, and im getting one when im turning 15 :) but it does depend on what your getting.

  28. amanda e Says:

Okay, there are quite a few different names for the lower back tattoo (coin slot decoration, tramp stamp, etc). So there is some relative negativity or trashiness associated with the lower back tattoo.
Yes, it does hurt, more so on the spine than on the sides. I have 4 tattoos (sort of a totem) on my back from between my shoulder blades to my lower back, and I have a new one recently on my upper thigh, and I have to tell you, the ones on my back hurt worse.
My tattoos are from top to bottom: a Celtic circle of the Ahearn, a Nez Perce eagle with its wings holding up the circle, ivy growing around an oak (symbolic of my kids), and Terrapin (Muscogee turtle).
The one on my thigh is of a bumblebee on clover in Native American tribal style. All of my tattoos are symbolic of my heritage, my life and my children’s lives.
A tattoo is forever, don’t rush into getting one unless you are absolutely sure that you want one. Don’t rush your design, think it out thoroughly – Does it have meaning? Can you picture an 80 year old woman with one on her back, because it will still be there when you are 80. Is it personal?
Don’t just get one because your friends do, or because it’s trendy. Get one because YOU want one, and YOU love the design, and put it where YOU want it.
May I suggest drawing your own design? If you are not an artist, the tattoo artist should listen to your ideas and instructions and will work with you to make exactly what you want. Don’t be afraid to ask them questions, or ask for changes in your design before they ink it, they want you to be happy with your design. Good luck!!

  29. Holly the Kitty Says:

    Get something unique!!!!!!!!
Don’t go get some butterfly you found out of their art book in the shop or online.

Getting some crap tattoo that 100s of other girls have isn’t cool, its selling out your body.

And yes, tattoos hurt. It ranges person to person. If you are afraid of the pain then why get the tattoo?

  30. Melissa D Says:

I’m personally not a fan. A lot of the ones I’ve seen are trashy.

But when it comes to tattoos, it shouldn’t matter what other people think. If you like it and have put a lot of thought into it, get it. If you’re going to let other people’s opinions sway your decision, though, you probably should think twice about going through with it.

  31. zvixxon83 Says:

LMAO some of you people ***** me up. Who cares if some call it tramp stamps eventually any place you get one will be called something Who cares!!! I dont have one on my back but have others elsewhere and i think if you want it there do it just make sure you have thought it through because it is permanent. And the comment that everyone is a **** who has one there is just ridiculous. haha And i know several that were still able to get epidural when having child do yall just make stuff up as you go lol…. they are right however about the closes to bone the worse hurts.

  32. josieforeva20 Says:

Well… in my opinon, all tatoos hurt but the spine is the most sensitive area. if the tatoo means the much to you, don’t hurt your self even more and put it on your spine.. put it on like your arm or leg or some thing.

  33. skc0104 Says:

lol some people are so ignorant
get it if you want who cares what other people think
half of the time in order to get a tattoo you have to not care what people say because a lot of people **** tattoos in general so its whatever
i have two butterfly tattoos none of which is on my lower back but i really dont want a tattoo on my back for some reason so thats my choice
but honestly get a tattoo with meaning i **** my first tattoo and thats because it doesnt mean anything to me

do what you want your body your choice

    good luck
