why do people get tattoos on their back and lower back?

I have nothing against tattoos, I actually like them (although I have none) but I was always confused about this. it’s not like your ever going to see it (unless you take a picture backwards). same applies to neck and any other area that isn’t visible to you. God bless you.

Well I don’t know about the others but for me there is just something naughty about it. Especially when wearing a short top or a low-rise jeans. I guess I think it’s kind of taboo-ish due to my strict upbringing. Again, that’s just my take on it. Oh yeah, I don’t have one – yet – thinking about it though.

Actually people get tattoos on lower back etc (known as strategically placed tattoos) so as to maintain some exclusivity of the tattoo.It is only visible when u wear some short shirt then u bend forward, somebody might exclaim hey she’s got that brilliant tattoo there. Another reason might be that tattoo makers have projected it say something happening so they can charge more money for strategically placed tattoo.

because in alot of professions you have to hid your tattoos so many people get them where they can hide them if they need to but a tattoo is a way of expressing who you are and alot of women don’t want them on their stomach cause when they have kids it will get all distorted so they put it on their back so then when they need to cover it up they can and when they want to show it off and express themselves they can.

I don’t have any either and do not like the big ones..i would think people would want them because they want them, but want them to be able to be visable at times when others who like the would apprerciate them. i think they have them on the back so they can be covered up if they need be. my daughter has one it was suppose to be a small butterfly….small..well it is her **** fly as i call it ,not small,but her clothes can cover it up if she is not with people who like them

From a guys point of view I find it sooo soooo sensual and ****** to see a tribal tat on a woman’s lower back just above her low waist slacks. Plus during the act in the K9 position it’s a big turn on just looking at it. Damn! Thinking of it now I could feel some movement down there Oh Oh!
