why do people give a stigma for a tattoo in this place?

I have one and I know what’s it’s called but it just happens to be the place I put my first one. I don’t walk around showing it off to every one with really short shirts and low pants. I’m not a tramp, anyone who knows me knows I’m a good person. I’m going to get more when I save up some more money. and I can’t wait to be 45+ with all my tattoos. they are all going to be thought out and drawn by me!
